In this vital role under the Sales Finance team, you will coordinate all aspects of customer deductions while ensuring compliance and timely resolution of issues. Your responsibilities will involve working with various stakeholders, tracking deductions, and providing insights that inform decision-making. You will also engage with the Sales team to ensure accurate coding of deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize deductions
• Build relationships with customers for effective deduction processing




• Analyze weekly deductions and propose actionable plans
• Ensure compliance with all transaction policies
• Participate in cross-functional improvement projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in deduction resolution
• Proficient communication and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with Telus Trade Pro an asset
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
