You’ll stay one step ahead of potential risks, leading your team with professionalism, sound judgement, and a proactive mindset, while delivering a seamless luxury guest experience.Supporting the Security Manager and Director of Security & Safety, you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate team activity, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with safety standards, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.QualificationsPassionate about safety and security, with experience in a luxury hospitality environmentProven experience in a Security Supervisor roleStrong understanding of security operations, including incident management and investigationsConfident leading daily operations, including team rotations, lobby presence, and peak period coverageExperienced in managing shift handovers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date communication across teamsKnowledgeable in event security,
