Overview

We are immediately seeking dedicated truck drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting wood grind product safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport wood product to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load product using loaders or other heavy equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state,



and federal regulations related to transportation and safety.
- Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Experience operating loaders is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in automotive repair is advantageous.
