Qualifications

- Current Canadian residency
- Current Class 1 Driver License
- Clean driver abstract
- Minimum 2 years driving experience.
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable references.
- Positive, pleasant, and skilled attitude.
- Must be physically fit.
- Must be able to do a D&A; screening and pass a road test.
- ELOG experience an asset.
- Mountain driving experience required.
- Must be able to use tire chains.
- Current passport if applying for Belt Division.

Responsibilities

- Operate Class 1 trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight, utilizing forklift equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
- Perform minor automotive repairs and maintenance as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
