Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift
