We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning using various techniques and equipment, ensuring high-quality results.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning tasks.
- Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to assess the condition of floor surfaces and determine the best cleaning methods.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate with clients regarding their needs, preferences, and any concerns during the cleaning process.
- Handle heavy lifting as necessary when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies used in the cleaning process.




- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing all duties.

Requirements

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpet cleaning.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective communication.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering clean results.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to various cleaning environments.
