Job Overview

Palace Cleaning is looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Client Coordinator to join our team.

This is a work-from-home, customer-facing administrative role that combines customer service, sales, scheduling, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers, enjoys sales, can handle difficult conversations professionally, and is able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service & Sales

- Answer incoming calls and return missed calls and voicemails.
- Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain our cleaning services, packages, pricing, and policies to customers.
- Recommend the appropriate service based on each customer's needs.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to secure bookings.
- Confidently ask for the sale and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Conduct outbound/cold calls to potential residential and commercial clients.
- Develop and follow up on commercial leads and opportunities.
- Help secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
- Earn commission on successfully secured commercial contracts.
- Build positive relationships with existing clients and encourage recurring bookings.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Diffuse difficult situations and resolve routine concerns while knowing when to escalate an issue to management.

Scheduling & Operations

- Schedule new and recurring cleaning appointments.
- Coordinate and adjust cleaner schedules based on availability and operational needs.
- Communicate job details, client requests, and schedule changes to cleaning staff.




- Monitor the daily schedule and address scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
- Coordinate cancellations, rescheduling, sick calls, and other changes as they arise.
- Ensure staff have the information they need to successfully complete their jobs.

Staff Communication

- Communicate with cleaners regarding scheduling, client requests, and job-related concerns.
- Assist staff with routine questions and operational issues.
- Bring significant staff or client concerns to the Manager when escalation is required.
- Help maintain clear and professional communication between the office, staff, and clients.

Administrative Support

- Maintain accurate client and booking information.
- Update customer notes, preferences, and service details.
- Assist with quotes, estimates, confirmations, invoices, and other client communications.
- Track leads, follow-ups, bookings, cancellations, and other important information.
- Complete general administrative tasks and support management with other duties as required.

- Confidence speaking with customers and making outbound calls.
- The ability to turn inquiries into bookings.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.




- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- A calm and professional approach when handling customer concerns.
- Positive judgment and the ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A reliable and quiet home workspace suitable for professional phone calls and administrative work.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, scheduling, or a similar role.

Experience in cleaning, hospitality, property management, home services, or a similar service-based business is an asset.

Schedule

Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Work from home
- No statutory holidays
- Hours may occasionally be adjusted based on operational needs

We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, personable, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while helping our company grow. Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
