Superhuman Health Club is Barrie’s premier health optimization centre, specializing in performance, recovery, and longevity. We use advanced, science-backed technologies and personalized protocols — including red light therapy, PEMF, oxygen therapies (EWOT), IV nutrient therapy, vitamin shots, blood testing, DNA analysis, and performance coaching — to help our members operate at their highest level.

We are a results-driven, technology-forward wellness facility built for people serious about upgrading their health.

Responsibilities

As a Client Services Specialist, you are the face of the club and a key part of each client’s experience.

This role blends hospitality, client education, and hands-on support with our wellness technology. You will play a direct role in helping clients understand why they’re using each modality and how it supports their health goals.

- Welcome members and guests with professionalism and energy
- Guide recent clients through onboarding and facility tours
- Explain the benefits of each service in clear, confident language
- Assist clients in getting properly set up on equipment
- Ensure equipment is prepared, sanitized, and ready for use
- Monitor sessions to ensure comfort and safety




- Support membership upgrades and package sales
- Maintain an organized, clean, high-performance environment
- Provide exceptional hospitality in person and by phone/email
- Educate prospective clients on services (IV therapy, recovery tech, DNA testing, blood analysis, training options)
- Schedule appointments and coordinate tours
- Support clients with membership questions and service requirements
- Maintain organized client records and booking software
- Help uphold a welcoming, informative, and professional environment

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
- Confident communicating with clients in person, on calls, and via email
- Comfortable explaining technology-based wellness services
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Friendly with excellent listening skills
- Professional and positive in attitude
- Previous customer service or wellness industry experience is a bonus

*Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
