Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare providers in hematology and critical care departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through proactive communication, personalized service, and ongoing support.
- Identify customer needs, analyze clinical workflows, and recommend appropriate product solutions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Lead negotiations to secure sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with customer requirements.
- Manage multiple accounts efficiently by organizing visits, follow-ups, and training sessions using excellent organizational skills.
- Provide comprehensive training on product usage, features, and benefits to medical staff to ensure proper implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, share market insights, and contribute to the development of new product strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in B2B sales environments.
- Medical Laboratory Technologist experience is mandatory
- Solid negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and building trust with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends for strategic planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for preparing presentations and reports.
- Knowledge of hematology or critical care clinical practices is highly desirable.
