caretaker, building

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
- Balance rent roll.
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Perform safety and security checks.
- Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Work with minimal supervision.

Education

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
