Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver motor design solutions meeting customer requirements
- Own DVP&R; definition and execution to validate product performance
- Lead DFMEA activities and design reviews
- Perform analysis including FEA, NVH, and tolerance stack-ups
- Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities
- Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Support cost optimisation and manufacturing readiness
- Present technical content to internal and customer stakeholders

Education and Qualifications

- 3 years of progressive experience in automotive or similar field
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in design / development of electrification products

- Knowledge of the automotive electrification sector
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Effective listener and communicator
- Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Project
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and forward thinking
- Able to effectively interface with other disciplines in the organization to achieve results
- Excellent mechanical aptitude,



along with strong analytical capability
- Understanding of and/or experience using CAE tools including: ABAQUS/ANSYS/FESAFE
- Demonstrated experience leading APQP, DVP&R;, and DFMEA activities
- Strong knowledge of GD&T; and ability to understand prints / stack-ups
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside of Dana in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple responsibilities and meet multiple deadlinesMust be a self-directed, motivated, and organized individual who is willing to accept responsibility
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
