This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in heavy civil construction, municipal infrastructure, bridge, and park projects who thrives in a fast-paced public tender setting.As a Senior Civil Estimator, you will play a key role in securing new projects by leading complex bid submissions, developing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver competitive proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex tender submissions for parks, bridges, and municipal infrastructure projectsPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for heavy civil construction projectsConduct thorough reviews of project drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documentsDevelop comprehensive quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost analysesManage supplier and subcontractor pricing coordination and bid solicitationAnalyze quotations and ensure scope completeness and competitivenessIdentify project risks and provide practical engineering and construction solutionsDevelop bid strategies and support proposal preparationCollaborate with operations,
