Responsibilities Include

- Program and set up machines to meet job requirements
- Ensure that brake presses are properly set up and make any on the fly alterations to programs to ensure the completed product is correct
- Ensure Brake Press and Program are set properly prior to shift change in order to ensure proper work flow carry over
- Demonstrate math skills to ensure items are designed and built up to standard
- Ability to identify and change brake press tools
- Insert material into machines manually
- Interpret and understand fabrication drawings




- Basic knowledge of using Digital Height Gauges, and Digital Vernier’s
- Must be able to read and understand both Imperial and Metric drawings
- Understanding of Amada brake machines/ability and operation

Qualification

- Minimum 3 years experience operating a CNC Brake Press
- Experience with Amada Brake Press operations
- Work effectively as a team and individually
- Strong understanding of Aluminum, Cold Roll Steel, Galvanized Steel etc.
- Ability to meet deadlines, Overtime may be required/Weekends may be required
- Understanding of Imperial/Metric Dimensions and the ability to ensure high accuracy

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
