Pay Rate: $43.00 - $52.00/hour

About the Chance

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to support the development and execution of eCommerce strategies that drive online engagement, digital growth, and conversion performance. This role will partner closely with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Shopper Marketing teams to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience and optimize digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies and roadmaps in partnership with Commercial Strategy leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve online engagement, customer adoption, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Shopper Marketing teams to drive omnichannel initiatives.
- Support online brand growth through strategic digital opportunities and customer-focused initiatives.
- Manage and maintain product listings, product pages, and digital content across eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate product copy, imagery, and graphic content.
- Optimize product content using SEO best practices and keyword strategies.




- Lead eCommerce business review meetings with customers and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze performance metrics, create scorecards, and report on eCommerce initiatives.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Act as a thought leader in driving omnichannel excellence and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with eCommerce site operations and a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn new software tools and customer eCommerce platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Account Management, or eCommerce vendor management.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience.
- Proven ability to influence digital and online growth strategies.
- Experience collaborating with retailers and customer-facing digital commerce platforms.
