Ideal Candidate

This position is well suited for:

Recent graduates of a Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, CNC Programming, Tool & Die, Machining, or related program.

Current co-op students seeking practical industry experience.

Individuals with coursework or hands-on experience in CAD/CAM software, CNC programming, machining, or manufacturing processes.





Self-motivated learners who enjoy problem-solving and working in a team environment.

Updated Requirements

Post-secondary diploma, degree, certification, or current enrollment in a related technical program.

Experience with Mastercam through school, co-op placements, internships, or previous employment.

Familiarity with CNC machining principles and manufacturing environments.

Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or similar CAD software is considered an asset.

Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn recent technologies and processes.
