COCO'S CAFE Jasper Manager Food and Beverage Service - Canadian Rockies Job Type: Permanent | Full-time Location: Jasper, AB Hours: 40 hours per week Responsibilities - Develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.

- Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise staff and train staff.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Supervise 3-4 people.





Requirements - English language proficiency.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Restaurant experience of 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work setting: Rural area, Restaurant.
- Own transportation.
- Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Client focus, dependability, effective interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
- Shift flexibility: Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend.
