General Responsibilities:

- Reviewing open accounts with the Credit Manager to determine collection strategy.
- Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Resolve client-billing problems and research account discrepancies.
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
- Promote electronic receipt of invoices and statements.

Experience and Skills:

- Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit or related financial environment is an asset.
- Effective communication, problem solving,



and analytical skills required.
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A pleasant telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
