3G Promotional Products & Apparel is a growing, locally owned promotional products and branded apparel company located in Okotoks, Alberta. We work with businesses, organizations, schools, sports teams and corporate clients to bring their brands to life through quality apparel, embroidery and promotional products.

We are currently looking for a full-time Embroidery Technician to join our production team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and enjoys being part of a busy, team-oriented environment. You will play an significant role in producing high-quality embroidered apparel for our customers and ensuring every order leaving our shop meets 3G's quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Embroidery Technician, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating commercial multi-head embroidery machines to produce customer orders.
- Setting up embroidery jobs, including loading designs, selecting threads, hooping garments and preparing machines for production.
- Hooping and positioning garments accurately to ensure consistent logo placement.
- Selecting and changing thread colours according to approved customer artwork and work orders.
- Monitoring embroidery machines throughout production and making adjustments when required.
- Performing thread changes, bobbin changes, needle changes and other routine machine adjustments.
- Inspecting finished embroidery for quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Trimming, cleaning and finishing embroidered garments.
- Counting and verifying garments before, during and after production.




- Following approved work orders and ensuring the correct garments, quantities, designs, colours and locations are used.
- Identifying potential production or quality issues before completing an order.
- Assisting with basic embroidery machine maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe production area.
- Helping with other production and order-related duties when required.
- Working collaboratively with our sales, customer service and production teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, detail-oriented and takes genuine pride in producing great work. Previous commercial embroidery experience is an asset, particularly experience operating multi-head embroidery equipment. However, we are also interested in candidates who have strong production, sewing, textile, manufacturing or related experience and are willing to learn.

The successful candidate should have:
