We are seeking a highly proactive, hands-on Leader to join our growing team as a Snow Operations Supervisor! This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality of our commercial customer sites, developing our crews expertise, and ensuring productive completion of daily activities, and ensuring all our sites meet quality standards. We are looking for an individual with an operational mindset who takes ownership of their work and is eager to grow their career as our portfolio expands.

While our immediate need is Winter support and strong applicant will remain a supervisor supporting our growing Summer Maintenance portfolio!

Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and address issues promptly
- Proactively address site issues not meeting standards and provide feedback to crew for continuous improvement
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner,



escalating issues when necessary
- Communicate customer and employee feedback to management
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and building customer relationships
- Perform and oversee maintenance services, including snow removal, de-icing, landscaping, hardscaping, pruning, and site upkeep
- Support scheduling, route planning, dispatch, and daily logistics for summer and winter maintenance operations
- Follow and enforce all health and safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

- Winter operations experience as an equipment operator (required)
- Valid G license
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
- Strong customer service skills
- Safety-first mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Experience with front-end loaders, tractors, skid steers, or similar equipment (a plus)
- Experience in a construction or landscape supply yard (a plus)
- Steel-toe safety boots required
