Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to fill key positions. Manage the entire recruitment cycle: needs analysis, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on labor market trends and best hiring practices. Leverage tools and technological platforms to optimize sourcing and improve the candidate experience. Design and execute talent attraction strategies while building a strong candidate pool. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement). Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company image.



Analyze performance indicators and make recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. Requirements

You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. You possess a minimum of 8 years of end-to-end corporate recruitment experience, including recruitment for complex positions (legal, communications, marketing, IT, finance, etc.). You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. You demonstrate robust influencing and advisory skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders. You have managed multiple recruitment mandates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. You have experience in recruiting for positions in Canada, the United States, and internationally. You have a strong client orientation as well as an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset. You master sourcing techniques (Boolean search, etc.) as well as digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). You have good knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices. You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. You possess knowledge of SAP HR and an applicant tracking system (ATS), such as SuccessFactors.
