You have clinical skills and knowledge of wound management, infusion therapy, palliative care, and chronic disease management.Provide patient-focused, safe, holistic nursing care and work collaboratively with other members of the health care teamEnsure that nursing care provided to our patients is based on current and best practices to achieve successful outcomesContinually assess, anticipate,
