Job OverviewGeneral Maintenance Technician – JLL in Ontario, California (2nd Shift)ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair warehouse equipment and building systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.Respond to work orders and perform preventative maintenance.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment such as dock doors, compactors, balers, and material handling systems.Perform minor plumbing repairs, replace light bulbs, air filters, and complete touch‑up painting.Replace forklift batteries and maintain battery charging stations.Document maintenance tasks and communicate status to the Operations Manager.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a warehouse, industrial, or automotive workplace.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Physical ability to walk, stand, climb, and inspect indoor and outdoor facility areas.Preferred QualificationsExperience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)



or work order systems.Familiarity with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.Experience with dock equipment maintenance and repair.Location & ShiftOntario, California – On‑site. 2nd Shift: Sunday 2:00PM–10:30PM; Monday–Thursday 4:00PM–12:30AM.
