Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate a variety of engaging programs and events • Develop daily activity communications for residents • Create connections with residents, families, and team members • Drive the bus for community outings responsibly • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field preferred • Experience with seniors highly valued • Valid special class 4 driver's license • Current CPR and First Aid certification • Strong verbal and written communication skills
