Our faculty are clinical and academic leaders who are breaking new ground on issues ranging from inner city health, addiction medicine, global health, palliative care, immigrant and indigenous health and far more.As Postgraduate Program Admissions & Recruitment Officer, you will lead the admissions application review and interview process by assessing admission applications, analyzing data, determining logistical details, and communicating with external stakeholders. In addition, you will deliver presentations and provide recommendations on admission process improvements to accommodate a diverse and expanding applicant pool. Your strong communication, organizational and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and project management experience will be key to your success in this role.Your responsibilities will includeDetermining logistics required for the execution of admissions processes and implementing a communications plan to keep stakeholders informedReviewing and assessing admissions applications and analyzing, scoring and ranking incoming applicationsAnalyzing statistical information to inform admissions decision making and conducting post-event evaluation and analysisAnalyzing service delivery and/or internal process and recommending improvementsDrafting written materials for presentations and presenting at workshopsEssential qualificationsBachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experienceMinimum four years’ related student services experience in a post-secondary setting in admissions,



or student advising role, developing and implementing student programsExperience with medical residency program administrationDemonstrated experience assessing and ranking admissions applications, including compiling and analyzing data and preparing statistical reports for decision makingDemonstrated experience developing new procedures and processes and seeing them through from conception to implementationExperience supporting student recruitment activities, including delivering student recruitment presentations and developing promotional and outreach materialsExperience coordinating events, programs and projectsExperience in managing multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracyDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain web-based information and applicationAdvanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and POWER registration and evaluation system and enterprise video communication platforms (e.G.
