This is a new role within Halifax Water.As a Manager, Continuous Improvement, you will:Operate with a high degree of professional autonomy.Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and regular compliance.Advise senior leadership by analyzing complex issues and delivering clear recommendations.Implement standardized continuous improvement tools and methods across the organization.Facilitate cross-functional alignment on complex or high-risk challenges.Build strong partnerships to advance continuous improvement and organizational resilience.To do this job, you need to have:A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in continuous improvement, compliance, governance, or organizational effectiveness within a regulated, public-sector,



or complex enterprise environment.Demonstrated experience establishing and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.Proven experience supporting or advising senior leadershipLeadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.This job is a non-union role; thejob description and benefits to working at Halifax Watercan be viewed on the Halifax Water website.
