Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role will act as a key partner across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization across multiple distribution channels.Core ResponsibilitiesWarehouse ManagementOversee warehouse operations, including inventory synchronization, storage optimization, capacity planning, reporting, and IT/EDI integration.Manage monthly warehouse invoice review and approval.Retail FulfilmentManage end-to-end retail order fulfilment, including order processing, SKU maintenance, stock transfers, pricing approvals, and supplier/customer onboarding.Coordinate wholesale order tracking, vendor compliance, chargeback management, and EDI integration.Support large customer program implementations and dropship operations.Ecommerce FulfilmentOversee Shopify and e-commerce order processing to ensure SLA compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.Monitor open orders, resolve fulfilment issues, and maintain KPI reporting for accuracy, speed, and back-order management.Amazon FulfilmentManage Amazon inventory replenishment, transfer recording, returns, refurbishment programs,



and related reporting.Support Shopify integration and operational alignment.Budgeting & Cost ControlPrepare, track and manage Supply Chain operational budget, monitor write-offs, and identify process improvements to reduce costs.Product Pricing & SKU ManagementMaintain master SKU file, price lists and ensure customer pricing alignment.Customer InvoicingOversee EDI and ERP-based customer invoicing processes to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.Your Profile5+ years of proven experience in supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment and operations management.Strong understanding of inventory control, EDI systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and e-commerce operations.Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and wholesale fulfilment processes preferred.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and process integrity.Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive improvements.A passion for dogs!What We OfferBase salary range between $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience and plus benefit package3 weeks' vacation to start.Annual wellness stipend to support your mental and physical well-being.Company-wide PTO and personal days.Employee Discounts.Smart, dedicated team in a small office environment.Dynamic office culture with many dogs in the heart of Toronto!Hybrid work environment, with one day in office weekly (note this may evolve over time).A fast-paced, mission-driven environment where you'll learn, grow, and make your mark.Canada Pooch values diversity in its workforce and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
