Position: Community Growth & Content Strategist (Part-Time / Intern

Who you are:

- You are a (preferably) Toronto local with a passion for their community and the local businesses that serve them. You love to explore, find the hidden gems, and understand the value that local businesses have in enriching the fabric of their neighbourhoods.

· A strategic creator who understands how to launch a brand's initial digital footprint to establish immediate legitimacy and trust.

· Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup workplace.

· Knowledgeable about the Greater Toronto Area’s unique culture and businesses The Role: We need a highly strategic creator to build the foundation of our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram before we initiate our beta outreach. You will act as the digital architect, dictating exactly what content should be created,



optimizing our profiles for high conversion, and ensuring future prospects immediately grasp our value proposition when they check our links..

What you'll do:

- Content Strategy & Ideation: Define the overarching content roadmap, dictate platform fit (LinkedIn for B2B credibility, Facebook/Instagram for local discovery), and deliver clear weekly shot lists and creative briefs to guide the founder's video production.
- Profile Conversion Optimization: Fully build out our empty social profiles (creation of the actual content will be taken care of on our end unless stated otherwise), optimizing bios, link trees, and pinned explainer posts to ensure visitors are driven directly to our early access registration forms.
- Social Media Management: Pull finalized assets from our shared cloud folder, draft compelling captions highlighting our core messaging mission, and manage all scheduling.
