The Healthcare

Aide (HCA) position requires you to assist residents in their daily activities with compassion and respect, embodying Donwood’s commitment to dignity and Christian values. Assist with personal care, nutritional needs, and mobility, all while fostering a cooperative work environment. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred and familiarity with German Mennonite culture is highly valued. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate personal care and hygiene for residents
- Aid in nutritional support and dining interactions
- Assist with bodily elimination needs
- Help residents with mobility and positioning
- Engage in planning and evaluating resident care Requirements:
- Completion of HCA Course required
- Mental/physical capability to meet job demands
- Skills in maintaining positive relationships
- Experience in team environments
