Located in Canada’s National Capital Region, Nepean Corona School of Gymnastics is a well-established gymnastics club with a proud history of more than 50 years. We are committed to providing high-quality gymnastics instruction in a positive, supportive, and dynamic environment.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated coaches to join our competitive WAG team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for coaches who are passionate about developing athletes and who enjoy working as part of a collaborative coaching team.

The successful candidate will

- Plan and deliver effective, progressive training programs for competitive athletes.
- Provide high-quality technical coaching to athletes with a range of skills, abilities, and competitive goals.
- Develop and implement long-term training plans that support athlete development and progression.
- Identify and correct technical errors through strong observation and error-detection skills.
- Create a positive, motivating, and respectful training environment.
- Work collaboratively with coaches and directors to support the overall success of the program.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches.
- Contribute to a robust and positive team culture.

Position & Compensation

- Hours: 16 hours per week of coaching, with opportunities for additional hours.
- Wage: $22–$27 per hour,



based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications & Experience

- NCCP Introduction to Competition Part 1 / Level 2 or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of gymnastics coaching experience.
- Experience coaching WAG Optional and/or Compulsory programs is an asset.
- Strong understanding of gymnastics technique, biomechanics, and skill progression.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a coaching team.
- High school diploma and/or post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
- A passion for gymnastics and a genuine interest in athlete development.
