We are currently hiring Store Managers & Technical Support Specialists for our store in Greater Vancouver Area.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and maintain excellent customer service
- Recommend computers, components, and accessories based on customer needs and budget
- Diagnose common computer hardware and software issues
- Perform computer setup, upgrades, component replacement, software installation, and basic repairs
- Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to customers
- Receive shipments and maintain accurate, organized inventory
- Ensure products are properly priced, displayed, and stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Solid customer service, sales, communication,



and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, hardware and software
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team
- Experience with point-of-sale and inventory systems is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of merchandise
- Availability to work weekends, and holidays as required
