Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Labourer and be a vital part of bringing robust, durable structures to life! In this energetic role, you will assist in various concrete-related tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the creation of foundations, floors, walls, and other essential concrete elements.

Duties
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, level surfaces.
- Set up and dismantle formwork using concrete forming techniques and carpentry skills.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to strengthen concrete structures.
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, compactors, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics to follow project specifications accurately.
- Support other trades on tasks as needed.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and tools while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with knowledge of concrete finishing and related trades.
- Mechanical knowledge including operation of power tools.
- Familiarity with carpentry and flooring techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively is considered an asset.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in construction environments to ensure a secure workspace.
- Willingness to learn new skills is a plus.
