About the Role As Construction Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring multi-site construction projects across our expanding clinic network. Reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, you will support project teams in executing builds, renovations, and clinic upgrades on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. This is a field-based role centered in the Greater Vancouver Area, with frequent travel required to project sites across our western network.

You will spend significant time on-site working directly with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving and aligned with company standards.

What You'll Do - Support the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects across multiple sites - Travel regularly to project sites across the network to conduct on-site visits,



inspections, and progress reviews - Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, and external partners - Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports - Organize and lead project follow-up meetings, including notes, minutes, and action items - Monitor project deliverables and proactively identify risks or gaps - Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning - Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders - Support management of resources, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors - Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management processes - Receive, verify, and code project invoices - Develop and maintain vendor lists - Receive and present project quotes What You'll Bring Education &

Qualifications - College or university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field - 2+ years of multi-site construction experience, preferably in medical or dental clinic environments,
