Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work setting
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting
- Support carpentry activities by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to project specifications




- Perform demolition or restoration tasks as directed to prepare sites for new construction or repairs
- Perform basic landscaping, loading and unloading duties
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Experience

- Previous construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as carpentry, drywall installation, or painting is advantageous
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with power tools is a plus
- Experience with restoration work or working on renovation projects adds value to your application
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction and renovation
