The Opportunity:

We’re hiring Labourers to join our team. If you're safety-focused, work well in a team, and have experience moving earth with precision, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements For This Position Are:

Labourer

- Operate shovels and small hand tools safely and efficiently
- Support operators and foreman as directed
- Perform general labour duties as directed
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites

Qualifications: Skills, Education, and Experience

- Minimum 2 years of labour experience (construction experience considered an asset)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record




- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills, awareness, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable team player with attention to details
- Ability to take direction and work independently when needed
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, are required.

Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts, including weekends, as required (weather permitting). Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
