AU Living Building Construction Ltd. is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our New Brunswick team.

We are looking for a highly experienced construction professional who can independently manage multiple active commercial projects, Site Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors and field crews.

Our scope of work includes Steel Stud Framing, Drywall, Insulation & Vapour Barrier, Seamfilling/Taping, T-Bar Ceilings, Bulkheads, Firestopping and Painting.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate Site Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors and field crews
- Plan manpower and allocate crews between active job sites
- Review construction drawings, specifications and project scopes
- Monitor schedules, manpower, productivity and project progress
- Attend project meetings with General Contractors
- Communicate directly with GC Project Managers and Superintendents
- Coordinate materials, purchasing and deliveries
- Identify scope changes and manage Change Orders / extra work
- Monitor workmanship, quality control and deficiencies
- Resolve site issues and coordinate corrective work
- Provide weekly project progress updates to company management
- Assist with project closeout and ensure work is completed on schedule





Requirements:

- 15+ years of construction experience preferred
- 10+ years of Project Management and/or Site Management experience preferred
- Solid commercial construction background
- Drywall / Steel Stud Framing / Interior Systems experience is a strong asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings independently
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and site teams
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with General Contractors
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work independently and make decisions in the field
