Site Supervisor – Drywall & Steel Stud Framing

AU Living Building Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team in Moncton, Current Brunswick.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating workers and subcontractors on site, monitoring daily progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely and according to drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise drywall, steel stud framing, insulation, T-bar ceiling, seamfilling and related work
- Coordinate employees and subcontractors on site
- Read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Assign daily work and monitor productivity
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards
- Track project progress and report daily to management
- Coordinate materials and identify shortages in advance
- Communicate with General Contractors, Project Managers and other trades
- Ensure workers follow site safety requirements




- Assist with resolving site issues and deficiencies

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial construction experience
- Strong drywall and steel stud framing knowledge preferred
- Previous Foreman or Site Supervisor experience preferred
- Able to read construction drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time Location: Moncton, NB and surrounding areas

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
