IMPACT CONSTRUCTION INC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate with various teams, manage schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.

Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution
- Monitor progress against project schedules using construction management software like Primavera P6 or similar tools




- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements
- Manage site safety protocols, enforce OSHA regulations, and conduct regular safety meetings

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in construction environments with a strong understanding of construction processes and workflows
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Robust knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations in construction settings
- Skilled in budgeting, cost tracking, and construction estimating techniques
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams
