Construction Worker- Renovation and Concrete

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated individual to join our growing construction, concrete, and renovation team.

Previous experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to provide training to the right person who has a positive attitude, is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical construction work.

Responsibilities

- Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing.
- Assist with footings, foundation walls, concrete slabs, steps, porches, and other concrete work.
- Help with excavation, site preparation, backfilling, and clean-up.
- Assist with rebar installation and preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist experienced crew members as required.
- Assist with residential renovation projects.
- Help with demolition and removal of existing materials.
- Assist with framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, doors, and general finishing work.
- Assist with bathroom, basement, and other interior renovation projects.
- Help move and organize construction materials.
- Perform job-site preparation and clean-up.
- Learn proper renovation and construction techniques from experienced workers.

Requirements

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.




- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willing to perform both concrete and renovation work.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
- Previous concrete, renovation, or general construction experience is an asset but not required.
