- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, and excavators to assist with site preparation and material movement
- Assist in paving activities, ensuring surfaces are smooth, level, and meet project specifications
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Support the installation of infrastructure components like pipes, electrical conduits, or structural elements




- Maintain a clean and organized work site by properly storing tools and disposing of debris
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Experience

- Prior construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various construction sites is a plus
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, backhoes, or skid steers is advantageous
- Knowledge of paving techniques and materials enhances your ability to contribute effectively
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines consistently
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions for extended periods
