About the role

You'll own content production across our blog, social channels, and newsletter in both English and French, bringing our editorial strategy to life across every channel.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to ship.

You'll take direction from the editorial calendar and growth priorities and turn it into published work, week after week, with real creative latitude in how it gets made.

What you'll do

Blog and long-form content (~60%)

- Write, edit, and publish blog content based on editorial, SEO, and AI search (AEO) briefs provided by the Growth Marketing Manager, including educational articles, product content, and customer stories.
- Support the production of reports, lead magnets, and white papers
- Adapt content into French while maintaining voice and quality
- Refresh and improve existing high-value content based on recommendations from the Growth Marketing Manager and content performance insights.

Social and video (~20%)

- Own publishing, scheduling, and light community engagement across our social channels in both languages
- Produce and support thought leadership content for executives and subject matter experts, including LinkedIn posts, articles, videos, presentations, and speaking content.
- Script, record, and edit short-form video for social and YouTube
- Repurpose long-form assets (webinars, podcasts, reports) into platform-native formats
- Report insights, trends, and customer language back to the team

Newsletter (~10%)

- Own newsletter production in English and French: planning, writing, building,



and sending
- Grow the list and improve channel engagement over time

Ad-hoc marketing support (10%)

- Support campaigns, launches, events, and other marketing initiatives as required

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to execute the editorial strategy and content roadmap.
- Support the Director of Growth with demand generation initiatives, strategic campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the Event & Brand Experience Specialist to create and repurpose content for events, webinars, sponsorships, and brand initiatives.

Reporting & Performance

- Produce monthly marketing performance reports covering content KPIs, including blog performance, social media, newsletters, video, and other relevant channels.
- Share insights and recommendations based on content performance to support continuous improvement.

What success looks like

- A consistent publishing cadence across blog, social, video, and newsletter in both languages
- Organic traffic and engagement growth on content you produce
- Newsletter list and engagement growth
- Measurable signup and pipeline contribution from content

What we're looking for

- 2 to 4 years creating content for a B2B or SaaS brand, with published work across at least two channels: blog, video, social, email
- Strong knowledge of SEO and how content gets discovered, including by AI search
- Professional fluency in English and French, with robust writing and editing skills in both (required)
- Able to script, record, and edit video independently
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush or other marketing analytics tools
- Organized and self-directed across multiple formats and deadlines

Nice to haves

- Experience in Martech, SaaS, or email marketing
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate research, drafting, editing, and content repurposing
- Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, a video editor, and an email marketing platform
- On-camera comfort
