Supervise and support security staff on shift. Prepare and manage shift schedules. Conduct training and onboarding for recent guards. Coordinate and participate in Health & Safety meetings. Control site access and enforce security protocols. Complete administrative duties, reports, and incident documentation.



Monitor surveillance systems and perform site patrols.Work Conditions: Outdoor and indoor work environments.
