OverviewThe Supply Chain Manager leads the team responsible for delivering consistent order fulfillment and an exceptional customer experience. This role coordinates between Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align demand plans, inventory targets, and operational capabilities. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on coordination and customer relationship management to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.BenefitsExtended health care benefits after three monthsDental care benefits after three monthsLife insurance benefits after three monthsSalary range: $58,000 – $85,000Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong customer relationships by understanding each customer’s unique ordering patterns, timelines, and service expectations.Manage customer orders proactively, ensuring high service levels and addressing issues or delays through clear communication.Analyze historical sales trends and customer forecasts to identify demand patterns, investigate variances, and adjust replenishment plans.Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to align inventory availability with customer demand and delivery commitments.Coordinate logistics by understanding regional and seasonal shipping timelines across Canada to ensure timely fulfillment.Communicate directly with customers when production constraints arise,
including negotiating order changes to avoid penalties.Monitor inventory performance across a large SKU portfolio, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and effective use of customer ordering portals.Utilize Excel and reporting tools to perform forecasting, data analysis, and trend tracking, while following up proactively (calls or in-person) to resolve operational issues.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, or customer order management (manufacturing or CPG experience preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret trends and large datasets.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for forecasting, analysis, and trending.Robust customer service mindset with proven relationship-building skills.Solid understanding of logistics and distribution within Canada is an asset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.ApplicationPlease submit your resume in Word or PDF.
