Focus on communication, safety, and achieving project objectives while overseeing new build and refurbishment projects. We're seeking a Contracts Manager with at least three years of experience in similar organizations or five years as a project manager.
Your expertise will involve setting achievable contract programme targets, maintaining safety standards, and providing technical input for tender submissions. A successful applicant will also be responsible for working closely with quantity surveyors and addressing potential project challenges creatively. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce initial contract programme and set achievable targets
- Ensure robust application of safety and environmental procedures
- Provide planning input to support tender submissions
- Collaborate on procurement schedules aligned with construction
- Deliver O&M; manuals punctually as per contract Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years as contracts manager or 5 years as project manager
- Degree or equivalent qualification in site management
