We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team! Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation to support the cooking team
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Support the serving staff by organizing and delivering dishes efficiently during busy service hours
- Assist in maintaining an organized kitchen workspace, including storage of supplies and ingredients
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met




- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues as needed

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending as needed during shifts
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning dishes and maintaining hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, meal preparation, and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
- Basic understanding of serving practices and food safety regulations is advantageous
