Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure appealing dishes are served promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Support food service operations by serving meals efficiently and courteously to guests or staff.
- Follow all food safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure a safe workplace.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
