Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and sanitation procedures
- Assist in food service operations, including serving dishes efficiently and courteously to guests
- Manage food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work stations
- Follow recipes accurately while accommodating special dietary requests when needed




- Support inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving customers in a fast-paced setting is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in skilled cooking environments
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
