Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Handle food with care, following strict food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during busy hours
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures diligently to ensure a secure working environment
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards
- Experience in serving customers directly or working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and basic sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
