As a Success Coach at The Family Centre, you will work 0.80 FTE to foster positive development in youth through trauma-informed practices. Your key responsibilities include developing individual goals, engaging caregivers, and facilitating group programming. You'll also support children in enhancing their cultural awareness and encourage community engagement, making a lasting impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet students individually to develop tailored support goals • Engage caregivers to foster child development and healthy experiences • Facilitate group programming aligned with school needs • Promote positive identity and cultural connection among youth • Provide access to healthy summer activities for students
Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Child & Youth Care or related field • Proficient communication and management skills • Experience working with diverse populations • Valid driver's license and insurance required • Commitment to ongoing training in youth development
