Key Responsibilities:
• Review initial complaints for thorough understanding
• Identify and develop investigation plans
• Conduct objective investigations into reports




• Document all investigative processes accurately
• Testify in disciplinary hearings related to investigations
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, Level C1
• 1 to 3 years of experience in regulatory investigation
• Knowledge of the Early Childhood Educators Act
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Capability to manage sensitive communications with care
