Position: Corporate Controller

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for high-rise development projects.

Skills and Experience:

- Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in financial management within the high-rise development sector.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and financial processes.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a financial management role, with significant experience in high-rise or real estate development projects.
- Education: CPA designation required. Post-secondary degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
